Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind the LumiRelief Pro. If something isn't right, contact us at support@lumirelief.com and we'll make it right.

Change of mind returns: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or not as described: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If your item is confirmed faulty or not as described, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Damaged on arrival: Email us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.

Not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the relevant window above
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items missing components not reported within 7 days of delivery
