Australian Orders — Free Shipping All Australian orders ship free. Delivery takes 5–14 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

International Shipping We ship free to the USA, UK, Canada, and New Zealand — delivered in 7–14 business days. For all other countries, free shipping applies with delivery in 7–16 business days.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delays Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing. LumiRelief is not liable for delays outside our control.
