Yes. Red light therapy at the correct dosage is safe for daily use with no known side effects. The built-in timer (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 min settings) prevents overuse. Do not direct at eyes without protection.
Red light therapy is not recommended if you have an active implanted device such as a pacemaker or defibrillator. We also advise against use during pregnancy as a precaution, and avoid applying directly over open wounds, active skin infections, or areas of suspected malignancy.
